BST1

ADP-ribosyl cyclase/cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 2 UniProt accession Q10588

Catalyzes both the synthesis of cyclic ADP-beta-D-ribose (cADPR) from NAD(+), and its hydrolysis to ADP-D-ribose (ADPR) (PubMed:7805847). Cyclic ADPR is known to serve as an endogenous second messenger that elicits calcium release from intracellular stores, and thus regulates the mobilization of intracellular calcium (Probable). May be involved in pre-B-cell growth (Probable)

Synthetic Lethal Network

Genes with an experimentally identified or computationally predicted synthetic-lethal relationship to BST1, aggregated across our SSL data sources. Click any partner node to view that gene’s page.

Nodes and edges are coloured by the SSL data source. Partners appearing in more than one source are shown in grey.
